Welcome to PopStraps. By accessing our website and purchasing products from us, you agree to the following Terms of Service.

Please read these terms carefully before using our website.

1. OVERVIEW

Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us”, “our” and “PopStraps” refer to PopStraps.

By visiting our website and/or purchasing from us, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service, including any additional policies referenced herein.

If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our website.

2. PRODUCTS & COMPATIBILITY

Customers are responsible for ensuring that products purchased are compatible with their watch model before ordering.

While we make every effort to accurately describe product compatibility, PopStraps is not liable for incorrect purchases made by customers.

Minor variations in fit, finish, colour, texture, or appearance may occur between production batches and do not constitute a fault.

Product colours may also appear differently depending on device screens, lighting, and photography.

3. PRODUCT VARIATIONS

Due to the nature of manufacturing, minor variations may occur between batches including:

Colour tone
Finish
Texture
Material feel
Minor cosmetic differences

These are considered normal manufacturing tolerances and do not constitute defects.

PopStraps reserves the right to make product improvements or updates without notice.

4. PRICING & PAYMENT

All pricing is listed in AUD unless otherwise stated.

We reserve the right to modify pricing at any time without notice.

In the event of a pricing error, incorrect listing, or website malfunction, PopStraps reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order, including orders already placed and paid for. A full refund will be provided where applicable.

Orders are not confirmed until payment has been successfully processed.

5. SHIPPING & DELIVERY

We aim to dispatch orders promptly; however, shipping timeframes are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

Customers acknowledge that delays may occur due to:

Manufacturer production timelines
Temporary stock shortages
Courier disruptions
Customs processing
Peak shipping periods
Circumstances outside of our control

PopStraps is not liable for delays caused by third-party shipping providers or external events.

Where stock is unavailable or delayed, we reserve the right to extend dispatch times, partially fulfil orders, or offer alternative solutions.

6. PRE-ORDERS & STOCK AVAILABILITY

Certain items may occasionally be sold on a pre-order basis or experience temporary delays due to supplier and manufacturing lead times.

By placing an order, customers acknowledge that dispatch dates may vary.

Where significant delays occur, we will endeavour to provide updates where reasonably possible.

7. RETURNS & REFUNDS

We offer a 14-day return policy for change of mind, subject to the following conditions:

Returned items must be:

Unused
Unworn
Uninstalled
In original packaging
In original saleable condition

Returns may be refused if products show signs of:

Wear
Installation
Scratches
Damage
Alteration
Misuse

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is deemed faulty under Australian Consumer Law.

We do not accept returns on:

Sale items
Promotional items
Clearance products
Used or installed products

Nothing in this policy excludes your rights under Australian Consumer Law.

8. INSTALLATION & USE DISCLAIMER

PopStraps products must be installed carefully and correctly.

PopStraps is not liable for:

Incorrect installation
Damage caused during fitting
Watch damage
Breakage due to misuse
Loss caused by improper attachment
Damage resulting from excessive force or modification

Customers assume responsibility for correct fitting and use.

9. WARRANTY LIMITATION

PopStraps products are covered for up to and no more than 3 months only for genuine manufacturing defects.

Normal wear and tear, accidental damage, misuse, fading, stretching, scratches, improper care, or damage caused by installation are not considered manufacturing defects.

Assessment of defects remains at the sole discretion of PopStraps.

10. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PopStraps’ liability is limited to the purchase price paid for the product.

We are not liable for:

Indirect losses
Consequential losses
Loss of profits
Damage to watches
Loss resulting from misuse
Shipping delays

11. ORDER REFUSAL & CANCELLATION

PopStraps reserves the right to:

Refuse any order
Limit quantities purchased
Cancel suspicious or fraudulent orders
Cancel orders due to stock shortages, pricing errors, or technical issues

Where payment has already been processed, a refund will be issued.

12. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content on this website including logos, product images, branding, graphics, text, and designs are the intellectual property of PopStraps and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without written permission.
