14-Day Returns Policy

At PopStraps, we want you to love your purchase. If you change your mind, we offer a 14-day return window from the date your order is delivered.

Change of Mind Returns

We accept returns for change of mind within 14 days of delivery, provided that:

  • The item is unused and unworn
  • The strap is returned in original condition and packaging
  • There are no signs of wear, damage, resizing, or installation marks
  • Proof of purchase is provided

Please note: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene, quality control, and product integrity reasons, we cannot accept returns for:

  • Straps that have been worn, fitted, or used
  • Items returned damaged or not in original condition
  • Clearance, sale, or promotional items (unless faulty)

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and we will work quickly to resolve the issue.

Please email us with:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Clear photos of the item

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method. Please allow 3–10 business days for processing times depending on your bank or payment provider.
